DELIVERY & INSPECTION POLICY

At DAZZY, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please take a moment to review our delivery and inspection policy below:

Order Inspection
You can inspect your order upon delivery to ensure that the quality, material, and condition meet your expectations and match the product photos.

Size & Fit Check
Items can be visually inspected upon delivery. However, trying on, measuring, or checking the fit of any item while the courier is present is not permitted.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted while the courier is still present at the time of delivery. Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, returns or exchanges can no longer be processed.

Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once the defect is verified, we will arrange a complimentary exchange, including all associated shipping fees.

سياسة الشحن والمعاينة

في DAZZY، رضاكم هو أولويتنا. يُرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الشحن والمعاينة التالية:

معاينة الطلب
يمكنكم معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام للتأكد من جودة المنتج والخامة والحالة العامة، وأنه مطابق للصور المعروضة.

فحص المقاس
المعاينة عند الاستلام تقتصر على التأكد من جودة المنتج والخامة ومطابقته للطلب فقط، ولا يُسمح بتجربة القطع أو قياسها للتأكد من المقاس أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن.

الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع فقط أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن وقت التسليم. بعد استلام الطلب ومغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن قبول أي طلبات استبدال أو استرجاع.

المنتجات المعيبة
في حال استلام منتج به عيب تصنيع، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الاستلام. وبعد التأكد من وجود العيب، سيتم استبدال المنتج دون أي رسوم إضافية، بما في ذلك تكاليف الشحن.
